We have multiple tasks before us.  The main goal is to reach the performance levels required for human efficacy.    Based on the optimizable parameters, this is eminently feasible and is the focus of our design efforts. Current iterations of PAD materials have densities that  create depots with a week’s worth of insulin.  In-vivo we can achieve sufficient concentrations of insulin to achieve a therapeutic effect in an animal model.  To achieve human efficacy, we our focussing on increasing the absolute number of released moles.
